Care Intel

Tender intelligence for UK health and social care providers

Live UK public-sector tenders, matched to the services you actually deliver and checked against the evidence you already hold, with a bid pipeline to take the good ones through to submission.

Why it exists

Care providers who bid for council and NHS contracts usually find tenders the slow way: email alerts full of irrelevant notices, spreadsheets of deadlines, and evidence spread across shared drives. The work that wins bids gets squeezed by the work of finding them.

Care Intel narrows the public feed down to the notices that fit the services a provider actually delivers, and keeps the evidence for those bids in one place.

Where it is now

Care Intel is in development. The current work is preparing a care-provider walkthrough and checking the first organisation workflow before opening access. There is no public sign-up from this page.

The procurement engine is designed to be reusable, but the current focus is UK health and social care. Other sectors are outside the first release.

What it isn’t

It isn’t a bid-writing service, and it doesn’t verify regulatory status or predict outcomes. It’s the system that makes finding, qualifying and tracking tenders less painful.

What it does

Opportunity feed

Pulls live notices from Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, then ranks them by fit with your services, locations and turnover. It explains the fit, and doesn't pretend to predict a win.

Evidence library

Upload policies, certificates and case evidence once. Care Intel reads the documents, suggests profile facts and keeps the source evidence available alongside a tender.

Bid pipeline

A board for every opportunity you're chasing, from shortlisted to submitted, with deadlines and status kept alongside the original notice.

Built for care

Terminology, CPV codes and compliance language set up for health and social care rather than bolted onto a generic tender search.
