Business profiles
The intake form, copy and pricing rules adapt to the type of business, so a clinic, a detailer and a tattoo studio each get a flow that fits.
Bookings, deposits and the day-to-day admin
A booking system with Stripe deposits, reminders and an operator dashboard. Service profiles adapt the same core to appointments at clinics, studios, detailing businesses and meetings.
Marketplace booking tools are easy to start with and expensive to stay on. Commission on new clients, generic flows and someone else’s branding all add up, especially for businesses that compete on quality rather than price.
I built ProfileBooking around a shared booking core, with profiles for the details that vary between services. The booking flow can live alongside the business’s website, with an operator dashboard for the work behind each appointment.
Profiles adapt the booking flow to different services, including aesthetics, detailing, tattoo studios and meetings. The same core handles availability, customer details, deposits and the operator dashboard.
This keeps the scheduling and payment logic in one place while letting the service questions and booking rules fit the business.
ProfileBooking is a working project with an aesthetics demonstration deployment. Public self-service access is not available from this page. Payment, reminder and operator workflows still need their launch checks before a real customer deployment.

Customers pay a deposit at checkout through your own Stripe account, and refunds follow your cancellation rules.
Customers cancel or reschedule from their email link without phoning you.
Scheduled emails remind customers about an upcoming appointment without an operator sending each one manually.
Bookings, customers, services, resources and analytics in one place, with only the features your business needs.
Branding, domain and Stripe account are configured for each business rather than shared through a marketplace listing.
