After 12 months, it's month-to-month
Once the initial commitment is complete, you stay because it's working. 30 days notice to leave. No break fees. If results are compounding (and they should be), there's no reason to stop.

Both options get you the same service. Build + Retainer means you pay £5,000 upfront for the website build, then £1,200/month for ongoing growth. All-In Monthly spreads the build cost across 12 months at £1,600/month. After year one, both settle to the same £1,200/month retainer.
